At Biogenix Research Chem, we’re committed to delivering quality products and top-tier customer service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • ✔ Unused and in original condition
  • ✔ Returned in its original packaging
  • ✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Research Chemicals
  • Pills or Capsules
  • Opioid-based Products
  • Powdered Compounds
  • Blotters or Pellets

Note: These items are final sale and non-refundable.

💡 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Items showing clear signs of use
  • Opened or tampered with packaging
  • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period

🔄 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • ✔ If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

🎁 Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • 🎫 You will receive a gift credit equal to the return value
  • 📨 Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you

If the item was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
